This house, with a built surface of 150 m², is designed to achieve maximum comfort and, in just 10x15 meters, it has three bedrooms, one of them a suite, a kitchen, dining room and living room, a garage and a porch of 25 m². The construction with a light wooden frame allows us to achieve a high energy efficiency index.
The wood on the ceiling, the concrete on the floor and the white walls make this house a timeless and comfortable design. Large glass walls integrated into the architecture obtain, on the one hand, capturing the landscape and on the other passively heating the house in the winter months.
The compactness and transparency make this house an ideal place to live with all the comfort of Genials houses!
