Lloret de Mar
This house between dividing walls in Lloret de Mar is developed only on the ground floor. It is organized through a large day area with an open kitchen that looks out onto the interior garden, and a night area with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, on the street facade, where a patio is generated to give privacy to the rooms and absorb the irregularities of the plot.
The house has 83 m² of usable area and is extended towards the patio with an outdoor terrace to give more space to the space.
It is an efficient house, built entirely with a cross-laminated wood structure. This wood is present inside the house in walls and ceilings, providing warmth and contrasting with the other main material, the continuous polished concrete pavement.
