Sant Pol de Mar
The house is designed starting from a complicated terrain with a lot of slope and the will to be as sustainable as possible. The solution that is proposed is a house with a simple design with a solution of the latest technology with a metal threaded foundation, which allows that there is no concrete in the foundation and that the costs are not increased with movements of lands
The cubic geometry is bitten into two corners that are hollowed out to place a terrace with sea views and a porch from the main room.
Internally, the topography allows us to plan the house upside down, so that the day area is on the upper floor, where the kitchen, dining room and living room are located, and the night area is on the lower floor, where the rooms are located.
The car park is located in the street separated from the house with which it is connected through a larch walkway.
