Girona 1
On a hill in Girona we made a comeback, that is to say, we added a floor on top of an already built house. The wooden construction system used by Genial Houses is perfect for these types of works since its high energy efficiency combined with its lightness allows plants to be added without affecting the foundation.
We have chosen to leave visible the beams and other structural elements that make up the house and thus give it the comfort that our client asked for.
The spectacular views over the old quarter of Girona, the large terrace that we have designed together with warm and comfortable interiors make this house an ideal place to enjoy the advantages of prefabricated wooden construction.
