Ricard is an architect and the founder of Genial Houses and Genial Panel, where he leads the creative side and oversees project execution. He is also a Passivhaus Designer, a title that allows him to design homes of extremely high energy efficiency.

His main activity is at Genial Houses, but as an architect he also designs and builds other types of projects, generally public works. He was one of the pioneers in embracing technological wood construction, convinced of its great potential in efficiency, speed of execution, and environmental sustainability.

You will find him both in the office, designing homes that adapt perfectly to clients' needs, and on site, ensuring the impeccable execution of each project. He is a creative, perfectionist individual with great mastery of construction technology. He doesn't stop until he finds the best solution: optimal layouts, high-quality finishes, and efficient systems with the best quality-price ratio.

Having Ricard at the helm is synonymous with commitment, avant-garde thinking, and quality!

He is an industrial technical engineer and co-manager of Genial Houses and Genial Panel, where he leads internal organization, team management, and strategic planning. He also serves as manager and administrator in other service sector companies, from which he has gained extensive experience in business leadership.

Of the Genial Houses construction system, he particularly values the architectural style and the fact that it is an industrialized, sustainable, and highly efficient construction.

Despite his managerial responsibilities, he doesn’t limit himself to the office: it's common to see him on site, ensuring everything is done with the highest quality and safety. He has a great ability to pay attention to every detail and every person, and he stands out for his high standards, always leading by example. At 6 a.m., he's already on the front lines, opening the company and setting the pace with energy and determination.

Guillem is a technical architect and leads the construction department at Genial Houses. He is responsible for coordinating and planning projects, controlling costs, managing certifications, and ensuring quality and safety during execution. You'll find him both in the office, organizing and prioritizing tasks, and on site, supervising every detail.

He stands out for his perseverance, his great coordination skills, and his ability to make everything work with order and efficiency. Nothing escapes him, and that makes him a key asset within the team.

He is passionate about being part of Genial Houses for the technological approach to construction and innovative designs, but what satisfies him most is seeing the happiness of clients when they move into their home.

Guillem is, without a doubt, an ace up our sleeve: methodical, resourceful, and always on the front lines.

Anna is a technical architect and holds a master degree in Building and Civil Works. At Genial Houses, she serves as site manager, supervising project execution, managing subcontractor contracts, and monitoring the financial progress of the construction.

She is passionate about Genial Houses architecture for its combination of modernity, warmth, light, and intelligent use of space. She also highly values the construction system for the thermal comfort it provides and its agility in execution.

Persevering, organized, and perfectionist, Anna ensures every project is perfectly coordinated and that everything is… tied up neatly!

Sílvia is part of the Genial Houses team, bringing a unique technical and communicative perspective. She is the creative mind and voice of our digital channels: she creates educational content and videos where she explains our homes' architecture and construction system clearly and engagingly.

Additionally, she manages the website and collaborates in the commercial area, strengthening the connection with those interested in our project. Her enthusiasm is reflected in every video and post. She is passionate about conveying the advantages of living in a Genial Houses home: well-being, space optimization, energy efficiency, and respect for the environment, thanks to the use of sustainable materials and innovative construction solutions.

Maria is a technical architect and projects technician at Genial Houses. She is responsible for project planning and definition and tender processes, and during the construction phase, she handles financial monitoring and budget control, ensuring the viability and smooth progress of each project.

She is passionate about being part of a company that bets on sustainability in construction. She is very clear that this is the way forward: we must adapt, innovate, and act with the planet in mind.

She is perfectionist, responsible, and methodical. She likes to have everything under control and to do her work with the utmost precision. She is one of those people who, thanks to her constant and rigorous work, makes everything function and turn out perfectly.

Maria is, without a doubt, the little ant that makes everything fit perfectly!

A professional in the world of wood construction since 1992, Àngel specializes in the production and assembly of wood structures. He is co-manager of Genial Panel, the company that manufactures the structural panels for Genial Houses, where he leads the technical office with an expert and rigorous perspective. He is also part of Verdaguer Germans, one of the first companies to introduce the use of wood fiber and recycled cellulose in the sector.

What he values most about Genial Houses is the commitment to natural and sustainable materials. He convincingly advocates for a way of building that is respectful of the environment and people.

With a great work capacity and a spirit of continuous improvement, he stands out for being meticulous, curious, and always up-to-date with new techniques and construction systems.

He is a technical architect, and at Genial Houses he is the site supervisor. He is responsible for supervising and controlling the entire construction process of houses and buildings, ensuring every step is executed with precision and quality.

Cristòbal has been connected to the construction world for his entire life: he entered it at just 13 years old as a laborer, worked many years as a mason, and later as a foreman and technical instructor for special products in the sector.

Currently, he is one of the site supervisors at Genial Houses, where he ensures everything runs smoothly on site: that work is done in an orderly, clean, safe, and friendly environment.

He loves the work he does and especially values that each day is an opportunity to learn. He is passionate about the Genial Houses construction system for its speed, efficiency, and quality.
