While he mainly focuses on Genial Houses, he also takes on other architectural projects, particularly public buildings. He was a pioneer in Spain and Catalonia for using technological wood construction, recognizing its superior energy efficiency, speed of build, and sustainability.

You’ll find him both ideating and designing new homes in the office, and overseeing construction sites to ensure everything is executed flawlessly. His creativity and tech-savviness drive him to perfect every detail, from layout to finishes, all while ensuring top-notch quality and value. With Ricard at the helm, innovation and excellence are guaranteed!

He is an Industrial Technical Engineer and co-manager of Genial Houses and Genial Panel, where he oversees organizational tasks, internal management, and planning. Additionally, he serves as a manager-director and administrator for various companies in the services market.

With a career in wooden construction dating back to 1992, he specializes in producing and assembling wooden structures. As co-manager of Genial Panel, he oversees the technical office, ensuring the seamless manufacturing of the structural panels for Genial Houses.

He also contributes his expertise to Verdaguer Germans, a pioneering company in working with wood fiber and recycled cellulose.

Currently, he works as a construction manager at Genial Houses, ensuring that everything on site runs smoothly, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and overseeing that the team operates safely and efficiently.

He is passionate about his work, continually learning new things and deeply impressed by the fast and efficient construction system at Genial Houses.
